Governance Transition
In order to better accomplish our mission and steward resources, our USA organisation (African Christian College Educational & Benevolent Association, Inc.) is in the process of changing legal structures. This includes:
- Changing our organizational name to Ukwazi Educational Foundation, operating in Texas.
- Establishing a new (for-profit) corporation for our USA macadamia brand, Ukwazi Makadamia. The new corporation will remain fully-owned by the non-profit corporation and will continue to reinvest all profits into our Christian educational mission.
Transparency
As a Christian organization equipping leaders of integrity, we want to demonstrate open and transparent communication consistent with what is expected of the good stewards we strive to be.
One way we demonstrate this by earning a Candid Seal of Transparency in the USA. Platinum is the highest seal level.
