Darkness, yes! Total darkness is all I could see ahead of me.
“There is light at the end of the tunnel” never gave me hope anymore. My tunnel was different. So dark, really dark, that nobody could even hope to find light at the end.
Fear to stand and speak before people, lack of intellectual ideas, sinfulness, zero confidence, and unresourcefulness were among the outstanding visible personal attributes accompanying the darkness externally.
I never hoped for it to get better!
Well! I guess I was wrong.
When I thought I would never be able to stand before people . . . I never saw ACC coming.
When intellectually drained and thought I would never be one-of-a-kind . . . I never saw ACC coming.
When I thought I would remain uneducated because of the scarcity of resources to fund my education . . . I did not see ACC coming.
Before the end of the tunnel . . . ACC has brightened my light.
I can now boldly stand before people with PhDs, people with Masters degrees, and even a big audience without trembling.
The memories of African Christian College (ACC) will never disappear in the rearview mirror. I will live to remember and appreciate its efforts and abilities . . .
… to transform hopeless people.
… to help them find their purpose in the kingdom of God.
… to produce excellent leaders who are zealously saving God to the fullest of their abilities.
“To everyone who aspires to study with African Christian College, I encourage you to apply now and enjoy cultural diversity.”
Applications are still open for our May 2024 intake in our updated Bachelor of Theology degree. Application Deadline is 12 April 2024.
