“My expectations Were Satisfied” – Noel Ndawala

My name is Noel Ndawala from Malawi. I am married to Beatrice Ndawala, and we are blessed with two children, Peace and Prosper. I am inspired to be a leader and what I always do reflect my dreams of being a leader who is also an entrepreneur. When I came across the website of African Christian College, after being informed by Oliver Kazembe, a fellow Malawian, about the school, I was motivated by the content of the Organisational Leadership major offered here.

This helped me to see the necessity of being transformed spiritually and to learn more about God. I always wanted to learn more about the gospel and have wide knowledge about the kingdom of God so that I can apply it to my professional business. Not only this, but also I saw that if I am accepted to study, I will be able to understand the Bible more and interpret it in the right way than I used to due to insufficient knowledge.

One of the major things that I saw on the website, and was also told about, is the multiculturalism at African Christian College. I saw that many different African countries are represented at the school and this stirred interest my heart to make every effort to come and learn about and from others, which was my first opportunity in life. I believed this would transform my life in a way that I will be able to understand other people’s cultures, values and also understand and appreciate why they do what they do.

Now that am graduating this year 2019, I have experience a life of hard work academically, spiritually, and physically. This fulfilled my expectations that I had when I was applying for the program. I wanted to develop a spirit of hard work both physically and spiritually. Back home, I will encourage my fellow people to utilize this opportunity and be part of African Christian College, in order to transform their lives, the country, and Africa at large.
