Looking back to 2016 when I came to African Christian College and now it is 2018, it has been a long journey which was full of sacrifices. The challenges I faced produced perseverance and perseverance produced character and character led me to hope as Paul says in Romans 5:1-5. The hope which does not disappoint. This hope is in Jesus Christ who teaches us humility and humility according to Philippians 2:3.
African Christian College has been a place of growing in faith and learning how best I can serve others not my own interest. In most cases we just look at own concerns forgetting that the calling we received and responded to from Christ it is not for our own sake. It is, on the contrary, for other people. The three years I have spent here have been filled with deep and insightful training and growing in all areas of service of God and others.
I believe all the education I have acquired here was not in vain. I have been thrust with a challenge of serving God with what I have. Jesus said that to whom much is given, much will be required. I count myself to have been given much thus I am challenged to do more as well. I have grown spiritually and physically as well as in leadership area. Being part of the 5% of Africans who attain tertiary education is a blessing that I will always cherish. What lies ahead now is that the world is crying out for our contribution in growing and deepening Christianity, especially in Africa. Long live ACC .
