Meet our first years! In the first few weeks of 2013, our first year students had a class assignment in Computer Skills to type a personal introduction and tell “Why am I at African Christian College?” In this series, you get to meet the students in their own words…
I am a young Swazi woman named Londiwe S’bonile Lucetta Dlamini; aged 20. I was born on the 29th of November. I am a person who loves music, reading, and joking as well as laughing. I am a single-parent orphan.
I did my primary at Ezulwini Community Primary School, and did my secondary at Ezulwini Community High School, and finished my high school level at Masundvwini National High School.
The reason I came to ACC is because I wanted to have the experience of living without parents. Furthermore, I wanted to broaden my knowledge, moreover to help others with the knowledge that I have and to go to an extent alleviating my community with it.
In short being here is a ladder to my bright future.
Above all, to strenghten my faith, and feel how it is like to live with people of Christ, and make new friends from other countries, and of course I do have one friend by the name of Lerato Mavuso.
